Whether you’re a current owner, prospective owner, or you’ve just stumbled upon this website, I’d like to welcome you to what I call “my little slice of paradise.”   Fifteen years ago I was looking for a vacation rental in south Florida and I found The Florida Bay Club, an 18 unit timeshare condominium complex located bayside at MM 103.5 in beautiful Key Largo, Florida.  Instead of throwing my money away in rent or hotels, for the same price I purchased a few deeded weeks and I’ve been hooked ever since.  I’m proud to serve as president of the seven member elected board of directors that works hard to protect our investment and improve the property. 

Owners like me have invested in a pristine waterfront location that offers something for every enthusiast – boaters, snorkelers, divers, and poolside loungers.  Boaters enjoy free dockage and trailer parking (subject to reservation and availability) and easy access to the reef or deep sea fishing in the Atlantic.  Due to our prime bayside location at the mouth of the Adam’s Cut, guests of every age enjoy fishing and shrimping along our extensive boardwalk.  The pool, tennis and basketball courts provide plenty of recreation and each unit comes fully stocked with linens, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, flat screen tv’s, free wifi, and plenty of room for the whole family.  Nature lovers enjoy the natural grounds with regular sightings of dolphin, manatee, sting rays, iguanas, and many species of birds. 

Key Largo is also an excellent central location for those wishing to explore the natural beauty and enjoy wonderful weather in south Florida.  A few of my family favorites are Everglades National Park (25 miles),  John Pennekamp State Park and Coral Reef (2 miles), Florida Keys Wild Bird Center (10 miles), The Dolphin Research Center (60 miles) Turtle Hospital (55 miles), and of course no trip to the keys would be complete without a day trip to Key West (100 miles).   

At the Florida Bay Club you won’t find anyone in a suit or high heels offering a heavy sales pitch.  All unit weeks were sold years ago.   Our professional office staff does handle resales and rental opportunities for those interested in visiting and/or owning a slice of the best family vacation spot in the keys.
